Frequently Asked Questions

Who administers the treatments?

All WellCo therapies are executed by highly experienced, Florida-licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), typically coming from intensive ER or ICU clinical backgrounds.

Is there medical oversight?

Yes. WellCo operates under strict medical standing orders issued by our Medical Director, Dr. Jason Cummings, M.D. We adhere to the highest clinical standards to ensure retail wellness is delivered with hospital-grade safety.

Can anyone receive a treatment?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do - it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

How long does a standard IV session take?

Our hydration, immune, and vitality vitamin infusions typically take 30 to 60 minutes. It is a highly productive window; clients frequently use this time to answer emails, read, or fully unwind. See NAD+ details below.

Why does NAD+ therapy require a longer booking window?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a powerful cellular coenzyme that requires a deliberate, slow infusion rate. Administering it too quickly can cause temporary, uncomfortable sensations like chest tightness or mild nausea. To ensure a completely safe, comfortable, and luxurious experience, our premium NAD+ treatments are closely monitored by your nurse over a dedicated 3 to 4-hour window.

How often should I receive mobile IV therapy?

Frequency depends entirely on your specific biological baseline, athletic output, and wellness goals. Active individuals who play golf, tennis, or train multiple times a week often benefit from bi-weekly or monthly maintenance. Once we launch, we’ll offer structured plans for clients who want consistent, long-term support. Join the waitlist to be the first to hear about them.

What geographic areas do you serve?

Our primary service zone covers Orange County and surrounding premium Central Florida communities, including Windermere, Isleworth, Lake Nona, and Winter Park. If you are located just outside our standard service radius, please contact our team directly to discuss custom nurse dispatching availability.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We’re not booking live sessions yet. Once we launch, cancellations and rescheduling will need to be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the best use of our nursing team’s time. Join the waitlist to be notified when booking opens in your area.

How does a mobile session work?

We bring the entire wellness experience directly to you. A Florida-licensed Registered Nurse arrives at your residence, office, or private club with all necessary clinical equipment. They will conduct a brief vitals check, establish comfortable vascular access, and monitor you throughout the entire infusion. The clinical setup is entirely invisible to you - all you need to do is sit back and relax.

What do I need to provide for the session?

You only need to provide a comfortable, quiet seating area (such as a recliner, couch, or lounge chair) in a clean, enclosed, climate-controlled indoor space. To ensure strict clinical sterility and patient safety under Florida medical guidelines, we do not administer IV therapies outdoors, poolside, or in open public recreational spaces.

How do I arrange security clearence for my nurse?

When scheduling a residential session within a private gated community, please ensure you add WellCo to your community’s resident visitor log or gate entry app. For private club activations, our corporate team coordinates security clearance directly with club management prior to arrival

Do you accept health insurance?

No. WellCo will operate strictly as a premium cash-pay service and will not accept health insurance, nor provide superbills or documentation for insurance reimbursement. Once we launch, we’ll accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. Join the waitlist to be notified when we’re live in your area.

What is your refund policy?

We’re not accepting live bookings or payments yet, so there’s nothing to refund. Once we launch, we’ll maintain a strict no-refund policy once the IV catheter has been placed and the infusion begins, in line with standard clinical practice. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when we’re live.

What happens if a nurse cannot access my veins?

Our clinical team consists of elite professionals who excel at difficult vascular access. In the rare event that access cannot be safely established after exhaustive attempts, the treatment will be canceled.
