How a WellCo Activation Works
Step 1: Discovery Day
We visit your club to walk through space, scheduling, and member interest. No commitment required.
Step 2: Pre-Confirmed Bookings
Members reserve in advance through a simple booking link. We confirm headcount 48 to 72 hours before each activation.
Step 3: Fully Staffed Activation
Our team arrives fully stocked and staffed to the confirmed headcount. Setup, service, and breakdown are handled entirely by WellCo.
Step 4: A Premium Member Experience
Members enjoy a private, concierge-level wellness session, on-site, without leaving the club.
