Mobile IV Nurse | 1099 Independent Contractor
WHAT WE NEED
Active Florida RN license, unencumbered. Minimum 2 years of ER or ICU experience. Strong IV insertion skills, including difficult and challenging access. BLS certification required. ACLS preferred. Level 2 AHCA background screening required prior to first appointment. Reliable personal transportation. Professional, composed client-facing demeanor in high-end settings.

WHAT THIS IS
A 1099 independent contractor role, not W-2 employment. You set your availability within two shift windows: 7am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm. Appointments are scheduled around your calendar. You bring clinical expertise. We handle client acquisition, scheduling, and logistics. Settings include private residences, hotels, and members-only clubs. No hospital floors, no rushing through volume.
WHAT WE PAY
Compensation is per treatment, skill-based, and not tied to seniority. Ranging $80-250 per session. Priority scheduling and extended encounters carry surcharges. High performers who deliver an exceptional client experience build the most consistent book.
